This one involves food, A LOT of delicious food, and therefore could be my favorite….and the reason my pants don’t fit. If you have never been to the Neiman Marcus Zodiac Room for their holiday buffet, you are missing out my friend. Everything is delicious from the prime rib, to the smoked salmon with capers, to the 5+ vibrant salads they have prepared for you, BUT the icing on the cake is the warm popover with strawberry butter and a mini cup of chicken broth. It’s one of those things that sounds bizarre, but when you put it all together, it will warm your soul. Oh, and don’t forget about the Moscow Mules in gorgeous copper goblets that make you feel oh so glamorous.
Afterwards, walk off your food coma by checking out the one of a kind gifts such olive oil with real gold flakes, the insane shoe department filled with Manolo Blahniks and Louboutins, or wonder into the fragrance department and find yourself buying Tom Ford perfume for yourself….because it smells…like….HEAVEN.
